10Verified ReviewAaron responded immediately to my call for help. He advised quick remedial steps over the phone and then arrived within 10 minutes to start repairs. That was a huge relief, he was brilliant. He cut out and recoupled the leaking pipe in no time, tested the pump, the pH and inhibitor levels. He took extra time to bleed and rebalance all radiators and waited as the boiler refilled from the feeder tank and ensured it fired up again such that the heating restarted. I learnt a lot, nothing was too much trouble. He is very easygoing, a calming influence and I have no hesitation in recommending him
