Replacement of failed Dimplex Storage heater
9.75Company responded promptly to inspect the failed unit and advised that spares no longer available for the nearly 30 year old model. Sent me a quote for supply and fitting of new model. On enquiry about disposal of old unit they sent a further quote to do that in addition and a suggested date that same week for the installation. Richard arrived on time as promised and carried out the work efficiently and courteously leaving everything clean and tidy. My only minor criticism is that I felt they should have included in the initial quoted price for the disposal of the old unit.

They were quick to provide a competitive quotation and responded quickly to my emails about the details of the job. The appointment was made for the following week. The electrician arrived on time. He did an excellent job on what turned out to be a tricky assignment because of wiring problems. I will be happy to use their service again.
