5.25Verified ReviewWork initially carried out a few years ago and happy with new flat roof however since we have tried to get into contact with Lewis regarding issues with the existing work (he advises there is a 10 year warranty) but he is impossible to get hold of. When you do get hold of him he agrees to come over and then pretty much ghosts you. We have since had another roofer in as Lewis hasn’t got back to us and he has advised part of the existing work has been done incorrectly and we are now experiencing leaks into our house 3 years on. Customer experience for Essex Roofing needs to be improved.
