    I called, after an unsuccessful attempt by my sewage service provider to unblock my external sewage pipe..an event that occurs all to frequently...and that they try and wash their hands of. Ashley arrived, polite and clearly knowledgeable...a refreshing change from my providers contractors. He did a thorough investigation taking pictures and videos and talking me through it, explaining clearly not my issue but my providers. He then unblocked it and left me confidant in getting this recurring issue resolved once and for all. Thank you Ashley! 1st Drainage also helped me get the fee reimbursed!

    Had phone call to confirm appointment, employee attended on time, assessed the blockage, cleared blockage, (which wasn't our fault - baby wipes put down toilet a few doors down, caused back block to our shared sewer pipe) advised on claiming monies back from Severn Trent. Very quick, thorough, clean and tidy operation, smart clean van, put my mind at ease with regard any future blockages, even went above and beyond and jet washed the other neighbours drain. Perfect
