    We used the Basingstoke branch, and I couldn’t be happier. We had a severe blockage in our main waste pipe due to previous owners dumping grease for years. I called in the morning, they came just after lunch. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and explained every step thoroughly, cheerfully answering my questions (I’m curious about everything) and did the job quickly and with a great sense of humour, letting me fill the fatburgs that flowed out. Price was brilliant too. Couldn’t recommend enough.
