• External Wall Damp Resolved!

  Following the last few weeks of typical British wet weather, my husband and I noticed a damp area appearing on our lounge wall. I contacted Heat Seal and an appointment was made for Chris to attend the next day to advise on the best course of action. Chris arrived on time and was extremely polite and knowledgeable yet not at all pushy. We decided to go ahead there and then. The work was carried out the following week. I cannot praise Heat Seal highly enough, especially Chris who was happy to answer any questions we had and kept us updated on the works throughout the whole process.

  Ashamed to say we were bullied into it by Mr Beasley's over-the-top selling techniques and 'once in a lifetime offer, but more fool us. Work carried out out next day, hence discount (again more fool us). As my wife had just undergone a hip operation, we could not get into the loft for a few weeks. When we did we were disgusted by the state it had been left in. There was mess and rubbish everywhere and our belongings had not been put back as promised. We made two phone calls but did not even receive the courtesy of a return call. We would recommend that you do not use this company!!!

• External Wall Painting with Stormdry Colour Paint

  This paint helps insulate the property and stops moisture seeping into the brickwork. The lads who did the job were thoroughly professional, polite and very obliging. They took down all our unwanted cables on the wall and disposed of them. I was in touch with their manager quite a bit, liaising about times they could do the work - obviously not a job for rainy conditions. He was immensely helpful and the lads always arrived on time to start work. I can't emphasise enough how hard they worked. We are delighted with the end product, looks so smart. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

  So nice to deal with. Professional all staff I have dealt with. I haven't had my heating on in a week it's been that warm. It's saving me loads of money Definitely recommend staff and company. Polite and so accommodating.
