They were unfazed by some of the unique challenges that our site and house posed, from having to construct a bridge and road to provide access for the equipment and materials. The whole team was friendly, courteous, funny and skilled. The completed results speak volumes and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Delroy and his team were amazing, Communication was impeccable and the teams ability to understand our requirements and produce such a quality product was to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Ireson-Bailey and have recently appointed them for works on another of my properties.

From day one the communication was clear and professional. The work was finished to a high quality and the guys on site were courteous. In what might have otherwise been a stressful experience, any niggles were sorted out smoothly. The project was delivered on time, and on budget, with no surprises. We would highly recommend Ireson-Bailey.

10Verified ReviewI cannot praise IB enough for their professionalism and care throughout the project. They worked to agreed timescales and always signposted when there might be delays due to external factors (like Brexit and trucking delays) which I really appreciated. Delroy in particular was proactive when dealing with architects and Building Control, and was happy to make recommendations to improve the end result or save on costs where appropriate. An example of this is proposing the removal of a wall in one of the flats to expand the living space and improve the end result. Highly recommended!

Following the completion of degree-level study in project and construction management, I began my career in domestic and commercial building management. Applying everything i learned through study, and my passion for striking, long-lasting design, I worked on a wide range of projects across the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
Ireson-Bailey Ltd was established in 2016, everything I’ve done in that time, I discovered to be the key factor in a successful project. Along with the quality of the build, and striving to surpass expectations every time, we know that communication is the key factor to each and every build we work on.
This means a strong, customer-focused service, choosing the right contractors and tradespeople for every inch of the job, and the precise, professional management of each stage of the process. As a family-run limited company, we combine attentive, open-ended communication with the professionalism of a much larger organisation.
We are fully and comprehensively insured for all work, offer extensive guarantees specific to the project. From our Oxford home base, we work primarily with private homeowners on one-off jobs of various sizes, but provide a service that’s flexible enough to apply to both commercial and industrial properties, too.
