• Roof Leak on flat roof

  We called (J5 Roofing) and spoke to John and advised him our flat roof leak into the kitchen, he confirmed he would be there the next day. John arrived the next day and assessed the leak and then completed the work straight away. Our roof leak issue has now been resolved. He is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend J5 roofing and John to anyone who needs any roof work, reactive or planned. Thank you so much John, we really appreciate your swift response to us.

  Asked John if he could take a look at my mother's roof as she thought there was a problem because some mortar had come loose. He turned up on time was courteous and polite, checked her roof and reassured her that there was not a problem. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

• Blocked guttering

  I telephoned to advise that I had suffered a leakage of water in the lounge ceiling following heavy overnight rain. John promised to visit at 12 noon and he arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem i.E. A blockage in the downward guttering (just below roof level). John went up his ladder and disconnected the affected guttering to release the stubborn blockage (a large piece of mortar). He reassembled the guttering and the problem was completely resolved. This is the second time I have used J5 Roofing and would very highly recommend them.

  J5 attended early and communicated with me throughout, showed me replaced parts that were no longer fit for use. J5 are polite and their work is faultless my house looks like a new pin, left the areas of work clean and tidy. This is the second job I have had done by J5, I had a new rubber flat roof fitted about 12 months ago which also is perfect, others have commented on the standard of material used and the neatness of install. Definitely would recommend.
