  This company was superb in all regards. Quality of work excellent, very professional, quote was accurate and superb communications all round. There was one area in which they were due to come back to me and didn't which was a disappointment, so I mark them down very slightly on that. But aside from that I would certainly recommend them and would use them again for any electrical work.

• Replacing fuseboard with RCD and installing new power points

  Jake did a stunningly good job. We have just moved into this place, and needed a lot of additional power points; it was clearly sensible to upgrade the fusebox rather than have all new RCD sockets. Jake's work was meticulous, with all the power sockets recessed and no obtrusive trunking, although easing the wires behind the plasterboard was much more work for him. It is just a bit of a shame that the administrative backup was not up to the same standard as Jake's work - for a job that took nearly a week, they had only booked him in, alone, for one day! He later wired in a new induction hob.

  Very pleased with the work done. Lots of communication throughout, reminders and options to reschedule if needed were provided, but were not needed. They arranged to do the work outside normal business hours to avoid disruption to our IT systems and work flow, and on the day they arrived on time. The engineer was smart, polite, and helpful. The work was done with no issues on their part, and thankfully we passed! The price of the job was very fair, and in fact one of the competing quotes was double the amount. Overall I am delighted with the service provided and the result.
