    JRC have supported me brilliantly! From original diagnosis of the fault, requiring a spare part (main control board) to be acquired from South Korea, Jo (front office) has kept me regularly updated with news and timings - always bright and cheerful and maintained perseverance throughout! Rob (senior Engineer) came to my property twice and, again, showed top professionalism throughout and was neat, tidy and focused throughout his work. Overall, a first class service from JRC Services. I would recommend them to anyone in a blink of an eye !

    I phoned to arrange a call out for my fridge freezer but JRC were unavailable for a couple of days so spent time discussing with me on the phone and talking me through how to rectify it. My appliance is now working fine! JRC could have easily booked me in and charged to visit but put customer service over gain. Thankyou for this fabulous service
