    Finish is uneven, areas are messy, several patches that were applied too thinly and three halo rings. Jack told us they would weather in, asked us to give it 12 weeks to see if it did despite the manufacturer confirming they wouldn't. He did try to find a resolution but his suggestions were not the job we paid for. We have made the choice to save up again and pay someone who knows what they are doing to come and redo it. Asked for some payment early then didn't turn up/answer phone for 2 days, job dragged on due to bad back/broken gearbox/going to other jobs to "keep other customers happy".

    Jack responded promptly to my enquiry, and came round to assess and quote. I found him friendly, very knowledgeable and he was very communicative throughout the whole process. He made good two rooms that had electrical work done (walls and ceilings), and also took care of some other repairs that were needed. The work was carried out for the quoted price, to a very high standard, and he will absolutely be my first call when I next need work done.

    Jack did a great job when I needed my bedroom ceiling plastered and painted. He was very efficient and tidy and did an amazing job. He answered my query quickly and could do the job within a week of me asking. The plaster was done on the Saturday and painting on the Tuesday. Such short notice given to do the job so am very grateful. I also had a crack in bathroom ceiling and front room ceiling which he also sorted for me to fill them in.
