I found LECTEC via check a trade after not being able to find someone locally. Communication from the get go was excellent. John and Jim who did the installation were really friendly and did a really neat and tidy install. I was also shown how to use the unit before they left. Really pleased and will be recommending them.

Even though I decided against proceeding the quote was extensive and informative giving me a full range of options and clear information regarding costs and energy savings - I have to say thank you for the polite and professional manner and the fair priced quotes - it was just personal circumstances that made me decide against moving forward with the job - I did not go with another company - but if I want any electrical work done in the future I will certainly go back and ask again for a quote.

Replace an outdated heating system controller with a TADO Internet system, connected and wired up to the pumps controlling heating and hot water. A very smooth process by a craftsman who was very clean and respectful of our home, knowledgable and willing to explain everything, and completed the work and checked all was working and that I understood how to operate it, giving me much confidence.
