    We were locked out, and Kai arrived within 5 minutes! He opened the snicket of our inner front door, which had jammed and had been preventing us from opening the door from the outside. Kai got the job done quickly and was friendly, efficient and professional. Outstanding service at an extremely reasonable price - worth every penny.

He diagnosed the problem, and had the part already so the issue was resolved very quickly.
