    Replacement Slate and Flat Roof on Large Terrace Town House

    MB Roofing provided a quality service from start to finish. Mike estimated within a few days of my original inquiry. The job was large: a replacement roof in natural slate on a 5 story house. He provided a quote that (a few subsequently requested additions aside) he then stuck to. His large team arrived ready to strip, insulate and felt the roof in just two days, with slating and finishing in the original estimate of ten days. The works were well planned and proceeded at pace and quality. The slate and lead craftsmanship are superb. Mike and his team inspire confidence.

    Victorian terrace rear roof replacement in

    MB roofing replaced the rear roof of our Victorian terraced house quickly and efficiently. We had water/ damp coming into our 3 year old son's room for over a year, with other roofers doing work that did not solve the problem. MB roofing removed the tiles, replaced the felt and rafters, lead flashing, fascia boards and installed installation. They did all this very quickly and courteously, a number of neighbours remarked how quickly they had done the work. We are grateful that our sons room is now warm and dry - thanks MB roofing!

    Flat roof needed completely replacing

    It was a difficult job as although a small flat roof it is attached to a neighbours house and was awkward to access. It also had a small tiled area that need some work to weather proof due to wear and tear. The work undertaken was thorough by the staff of MB Roofing. New leading and tiles were required.

    Complete replacement of tiled roof

    We approached MB roofing as they had done a good job replacing next door's roof. Their quote was comparable to the other quotes, but we were impressed with the professional approach of Mike and they were able to start within a month. They completed the replacement of a large tiled roof in less than 2 weeks and the guys on site were very friendly. A number of rotten timbers were found, but they were able to sort out the issues without any drama. The end result was a fantastic new roof and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mike and his team of roofers to anyone who needs roofing work.

    Flat roof resurfacing

    MB Roofing resurfaced our flat roof that looked like a patchwork quilt. We had a significant leak last summer and consulted them to resurface the fibreglass roof. Communication with the company director was always timely, they were very in demand when we contacted them so we did have to wait a while and the weather was diabolical which obviously affects when they can work but they came out in February and completed the work in one morning.

    Fixing leak that was letting in rainwater by re-pointing walls

    I found Mike great to deal with. He came round to diagnose the problem within a week of me getting in touch with him. He provided a cost estimate promptly after the visit. The whole project was well organised and the communication from him and his team was good throughout. His team are also polite, personable and upbeat. We've used MB Roofing a couple of times now in the last 15-18 months, we have also recommended them to a neighbour who has also found them really good to deal with and have done an excellent job. Strong recommend from me.

    Full roof tile replacement

    Mick and his team were excellent. Communication was great from the outset and the whole team worked incredibly hard and delivered a great job. The team were considerate of neighbours too. Price-wise .. they were very competitive. Very happy to recommend this team. Also to add that the scaffolding company used (independent scaffolding) were also great. Front start to finish… MB Roofing delivered an excellent service.
