The workmanship was very neat and he spent time to explain the controls on the boiler and thermostat. He even put up with me following him around and asking daft questions. He warned us that plunging the shower would probably only be a temporary fix and that we'd need to get him to return with some proper machinery. He revisited today and has unblocked the shower properly. Harrison called 20 minutes before arriving and was courteous, professional and efficient whilst here. Would recommend. Thanks!
