Decomission old boiler and hot water system, replaced with combi boiler

Worked carried out: decommissioned old regular boiler and hot water system and replaced with combi boiler. Was able to remove the old water system from an awkward place in our loft conversion and replace it with a combi boiler. While also removing completely the old boiler which was in the kitchen. Michael was able to source a roofer and scaffolding service to carry out the work needed to run a gas pipe outside up to the new boiler and install a flute. This was at a reasonable price. He was on time, courteous and did a good job. I would highly recommend.

Moved a gas boiler

My gas boiler had been recently installed by another engineer in what can only be described as a silly place where the curtains could touch it. It had to be moved, and I chose MOC for its great reputation. The quote was fair and clear. Barry turned up on time with all the kit, and after discussing where the boiler could be moved, he got on with the job with no worries and even upgraded the condensate pipe to the correct one. I was kept updated at all times. The place was left clean and tidy at the end.

No hot water despite heating working

We Install: Boilers, Full Central Heating Systems, all types of Unvented Cylinders, Normal open vented cylinders, Bathrooms, Radiators, Radiator Valves, 2 or 3 port Valves, Showers, Taps, Toilets, Pumps, Etc.

We Also Repair and carry out maintenance on all types of Boilers, Unvented Cylinders, Central Heating System Components like 3 or 2 port valves, Pumps, Tanks, Expansion Vessels, Programmers Etc.

We Also have a number of landlords on our books whereby we service the Boilers in their properties they own each year and also maintain any other plumbing issues that they might have, including some building works.

All of our new Boiler installations come with a Power Flush as standard, A MagnaClean Filter being optional, but we would strongly recommend. (See pictures)

We are a Vaillant Advanced registered company so can offer our customers up to 10 plus years parts & Labour warranty free.
