We were happy with Steve’s drawings but there is an obvious problem with time-keeping and organisation as virtual meetings got cut short, meetings cancelled, moved last minute or just ignored. Our planning got rejected and Steve was not interested in helping us appeal or make changes. There is no courtesy care at all. AVOID
