    Paul and his wife were great from very first contact, we spoke with 3 different providers as we weren’t sure who to use but we selected Prime because they were friendly, knowledgeable, and came in at a really competitive price point. Communication has been clear and timely, and the installation was smooth and efficient, couldn’t recommend these guys more.

    From the very get go, Paul was fantastic, extremely polite and knowledgeable in everything shutters. He was never pushy or attempted to upsell, and gave fantastic advice and suggestions for our shutters (none of which were additional costs). Conversing after coming to provide a quote, he was brilliant to work with, stayed up late to answer the barrage of questions I had and that's what made me purchase from him on the very same day. During installation - Paul and Michelle's professionalism were second to none and left the house cleaner than before they arrived! Would 100% recommend
