  This is a follow on review, I got my roof painted back in 2022 and the guys did a fantastic job, my roof still looks like new and I have had no issues. Recently I had some solar panels installed and during the install the roofers noticed that the valley flashing needed replacing. This resulted in a few new tiles being required. I contacted Pure Water to see if there was any chance I could get some spare paint to touch up the new tiles. They turned up within days and provided me with enough paint to touch up the affected areas. No charge! Thank you for such great service.

  I met Charles, the owner the week before. He explain what Pure Water will offer. His roofer Phil came with his son and started the work on time. They cleared most of the moss and then came the following week to complete it. They did have to rearrange a day but the finished the job.

  Roof looks great, people have commented on how it looks brand new. Roof was previously covered in moss and required lots of repairs. The chimney also required capping. The moss was fully removed, repairs were carried out, and the roof was fully cleaned, at which point it already looked transformed. But the application of a resin, in a colour of our own choice, produced an amazing result. We're so pleased! One point to note, the job does require a fair amount of water.

  We knew we needed to have the roof cleaned of all the moss debris from when we purchased the property but wanted to instruct the right tradesmen so that the job would be done correctly. Thankfully we found Charles as his team. Jamie and Danny were impeccable, extremely professional and very respectful of our neighbours. The roof is unrecognisable and for a very messy job everywhere was left spotless. We have huge peace of mind to know that the roof/gutters have been checked over and all repairs carried out. Thoroughly recommended for a 5 star service. Thank you!
