Repair leaking box gutter and flat roof.
We're tenants in a property that has been suffering from a leaking box gutter for the last couple of years. After finally wearing down the landlord enough that he agreed to a repair, I approached a number of companies for a quote; three replied and arranged visits but only R&D turned up as agreed. They stuck with us despite some further issues with the landlord agreeing to the scope of work required and the job was completed in the agreed time frame and within the budget. It's nice not to have water running down the walls! Highly reliable and so highly recommended :-)
