10Verified ReviewKevin did a thorough job inspecting the drainage pipes with the CCTV camera and ascertained that the subsidence issue was not related to a fault with them. He did discover an old capped manhole that he believes was not properly sealed and has recommended that the area of the driveway is dug up to fully investigate and resolve the issue. He'll be back next week!

10Verified ReviewIn our double oven, the bigger fan Oven stopped working. It was a gamble to call out RY or go direct to the manufacturer as its 11 years old. The RY booking process was simple and the engineer called before arrival. He pulled out the Oven, sorted and repaired the issue within 15 minutes, Great stuff and only £5 above the call out charge (£98 inc VAT) If he had said that parts were required and I was looking at £150 I would not have blinked, so for honesty, timekeeping and communication, this was a 5* performance and would recommend.
