  Shane really really impressed us with his service. An honest, cheery gentleman who communicated extremely well. I felt at ease with him immediately and he had a lovely manner with my wife and child also. He went above and beyond and was able to offer a quote within 24h and fixed our issue within several days. He has a good ethical code, which is increasingly rare these days. We will be using him again without a doubt.

  Brilliant experience. Shane came to take a look at the house within 48 hours of our initial call. No nonsense approach, he had a look, gave us the quote and allowed us to decide whether we wanted the work doing. Throughout he kept us in the loop with the works progress, how it was going and was more than happy to help out, outside of his usual BAU. Even if we thought something was slightly wrong he put us at ease and explained everything in terms that we as non builders could understand. Shane is a great guy, Work was that good we will definitely ask him for further work next year.

  Having been in touch with several roofers (none of which turned up and one charged a fortune and messed up the task) I accidentally stumbled across SL roofing. Shane made an appointment and quoted a reasonal price. Having been let down so many times I was actually surprised when he showed up when he said he would. He immediatly got to work. He told me before hand what the problem was and assured me it would be resolved. The quality of work was of a high standard and I'm sure he's fixed the leaky roof. He was professional throughout and he made me feel reasurred.

  Shane's customer service was exceptional from start to finish. He came out to look at the job straight away after we contacted him and sent the quotes very quickly. We asked for different quotes for particular materials and this was no bother at all. He even came out again to discuss the job once we had decided to use his firm despite the distance. Once a date was set, they turned up when expected, did a great job and were very polite and courteous throughout. Everything was cleared away each day and when the job was complete it was all left neat and tidy. Thank you so much.
