  Sam was fantastic option to provide our EICR for our new home. He was thorough and explained everything very clearly. We instantly took him up on the remedying and he provided a clear quote with a full breakdown. He was fast and efficient in covering a lot of work, refitted the entire house with lights, sockets, reinstalled a new extractor fan and much more. The work was of the highest quality, exceptionally helpful, kind and polite and cleaned after himself. We'll be using him again for any work in the future.

• Restoring outdated power to detached garage

  Following a kitchen renovation it was identified that the power going from my house to detached garage was no longer to code. The original electrician cut the power supply and left me high and dry. One call to Sam and he was here within 30 mins to survey the work needed sent his online quote a short time after and we agreed a price. On the day of the work Sam was on time carried out the work to a much higher standard than I was expecting. One very satisfied customer here.

  The electrician and apprentice were on time, chatty and pleasant and made a much tidier job than expected. Really helpful about a couple of other small jobs in the house. Very happy with the work, will use them again.

  I contacted Sam about replacing smoke alarms in our house and he gave me a reasonable quote and we arranged a convenient time. I was sent an appointment confirmation by email with the job and time Richard (who works with Sam) would be coming out. When I decided that I wanted the alarms removed instead to replace with battery operated ones, Sam responded quickly to confirm this wasn't a problem. Richard was punctual and polite and did the job quickly and with no mess or fuss. Will definitely use again.
