  External hard drive port had become separated from its dock, making it impossible to log on. Simmway came out, assessed the problem, took the drive away, fixed the problem and returned the unit to me within the space of 2 days.

  External hard drive port had become separated from its dock, making it impossible to log onto the system. Simmway came out to me, assessed the problem, gave me a diagnosis on the spot, took the drive and fixed the problem, all in the space of 3 days. Great work, sensibly priced, courteous and honest.

• Upgrade of Laptops to install new Laptop and Desktop PC

  David visited us to service our two laptops and help with problems with sending and receiving emails. He advised us that because of the age of the laptops we should get new equipment. He advise us about the best laptop and PC we should obtain, ordered them for us and visited us to set up both the laptop and the PC. He also helped us to set up new emails with Outlook. The work was done efficiently and David was both friendly and helpful. David has done work for us before, and we have always been very satisfied with any service he has given. We can highly recommend him.

  I have used David Hutton before, on the recommendation of a friend, and was very pleased with his service, so I had no hesitation in calling on him again when my laptop started having some irritating "hiccups". I was able to book an appointment very quickly; he arrived on time, was here for about an hour, and charged a reasonable fee. So important to have someone you can rely on.

  I needed my computer cleaned of malware and dodgy programmes possibly installed by scammers. David from Simmway phoned and took the machine away. He did all that was asked and charged a reasonable fee and he is local to me.
