  From initial contact through to completion of the project, we cannot fault the experience with George, Andrew and the rest of the team. Throughout the work we were kept up to date with progress and any unforeseen issues. Everything was discussed in detail and any additional costs agreed prior to moving forward. Overall, we are really impressed with the quality of work we have received, and the feedback from our neighbours about S&J was very complimentary. We wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending S&J to anyone, and have already had them quote for some further work in the future.

• Single storey extension + internal modifications

  Happy to recommend Sinclair and Jones, who in summer 2023 did a single storey kitchen extension and internal modifications to our home. Andrew, George and Team were always friendly, polite and professional - we felt in very experienced and capable hands throughout the work. We're happy with the quality of work, and pleased they were able to fit in some extra work when asked (replacing additional doors etc). They also came back promptly to sort out any snagging issues.

  Very happy to recommend S&J for a broad range of building work. After meeting several builders and obtaining quotes we selected them for a kitchen, utility room and bathroom refurbishment project and are very pleased with the results. Andrew and George are a pleasure to deal with, as are the rest of their small team, and have the experience and resources to deal with the challenges of working with a period property. They also helped us to tackle a few other projects including replacement of a set of bi-fold doors and roofing repairs. Would definitely use them again.
