All refurbishment work is carried out to a pre-agreed standard and no final payment is due until you are entirely happy with the quality of our work. We ensure that any work we undertake complies fully with all relevant buildings, planning and tenancy legislation and regulatory requirements, and clients are provided with formal certification to that effect. We have an extensive network with local and national suppliers to enable us to offer quality and cost effective materials and products to our clients, we treat your money as our money, if we can save on costs the benefit will also be passed on to you.
