    After securing a plot to build our dream home on, we settled on Simon from SWG Designs Ltd to take on this project for us. From the inital phone call, to meeting him to discuss our vision for our home, to the back and forth on the design to get it just right, and then getting the design approved through planning - Simon was the most confident, responsive, easy to talk to, proactive and genuine person to work with! No problem was too big to overcome and Simon was refreshingly optimistic throughtout the entire process! We are so glad we trusted Simon with our future dream home.

    Simon and his team worked tirelessly to get us permission for a 2800 square foot building within an area classed as countryside. Happy to say after just under a year and lots of hard work they got it. Working with Simon was great he has such a positive work ethic and a fantastic way with people, his communication with planners was excellent. We have instructed SWG on 3 schemes over the years and they have always delivered the goods. Great guys, Great work, Great ideas, Nothing is ever a problem. Do not hesitate to use SWG.

SWG Designs is a family run architectural design practice working on projects in the South East.

Our approach when fulfilling our clients brief is to work within the confines of the existing building and to innovatively reconfigure the space were possible. To sensitively and considerately increase the size of the existing building where necessary to provide an innovative, unique and stylish finished building. This philosophy allows us to meet our clients brief whilst maintain a firm control over budget and site constraints.  

SWG Designs offers a full architectural design services, from feasibility studies and sketch design, to full project management and handover of completed projects. There is no such thing as a project that is too small, nor too big. Our services can be tailored to all needs and all client’s.
