  Terry kept me in the loop from the minute I first contacted Tatum Builders by arranging an inspection of the job and agreeing a date and time for the repair work to be carried out. He was courteous and friendly at all times and the work was carried out promptly to my satisfaction.

• Kitchen extension

  This is a small family business who take pride in what they do. The whole process from design through building the extension and fitting out the new kitchen has been smooth. The team worked hard, were always polite, were very tidy (even to the extent of putting down chipboard with a raised edge to stop soil/sand/skip rubbish going onto next door's drive). The quality of the end result is excellent, and there have been no surprise extra charges. I've been badly let down by tradespeople in the past, but I would happily use Tatum Builders again and recommend to others.

  Tatum builders carried out the building of my timber framed extension. They did a beautiful job with the work finished to a very high standard. The kept the site very clean and tidy throughout the construction process. Would definitely recommend.

  Terry from Tatum builders contacted us to say he would be able to give us a quote for the work. He made three separate appointments to visit us and didn’t turn up for any of them. We wouldn’t use any company who is so unreliable. One rescheduled appointment is acceptable, two is unfortunate but three is unacceptable.

• New Single Storey Home Extension - Absolutely The Best Experience.

  I have been in the building industry as a client for over 50 years and heard every excuse for being late, over budget and poor quality. With some trepidation we bought a property which needed extending. We considered a recommendation, a medium sized specialist and local firms, settling on Tatum Builders. The design was agreed with Terry and Matt then work commenced. I cannot speak highly enough of Alex; Cane; Matt and Terry. On time, on budget, excellent quality and total respect for our home, neighbors and neighborhood. A real pleasure to have them around and a very good looking extension.
