    We moved into a new house recently. Big reclining window was very stiff to open/close, and didn't close all the way (there was a gap of about half a centimetre between the window and the from on the sides and top (but flush at the bottom). Cold air coming through and van hear traffic quite loudly. Trevor and his colleague did a brilliant job in replacing the hinges quickly and the issue is now gone.
