    Given that I don't live in Birmingham, I needed someone to come out and sort the boiler for my late father's 94-year-old partner, and went via Check-a-Trade. I was delighted that the WTC engineer prioritised her because of her age and because it was bitterly cold. He was more than helpful, coming back twice to fit new parts which were needed, and got the job done speedily and with good results. Both I and the lady who the work was bring done for are delighted with the service we got.

    Timely and didn’t try to sell me a new fire or boiler, which I’ve had happen in the past. Having just moved in I felt quite vulnerable to be told anything. He appeared honest and asked for a dust pan and brush to clean up the soot from the fire. Felt reassured.
