Jacob and the team were honest, reliable and knowledgeable, they knew exactly what we wanted and delivered it. They even went to the extreme if tidying up at the end of each day. No payment was needed until they reached particular stages meaning that nothing was paid for up front. We have already requested that Jacob and the team return later this year to carry out some other works that we have planned. absolutely appalling company! avoid at all cost! booked in a garage conversion months ago, they were supposed to start last week and cancelled last minute asking to move to today. a few days before I confirmed with them to start today and they agreed. no one showed up, no one answered their phone, no one messaged back. months of planning and time wasted. if you want a company you can trust and rely on, avoid this one at all costs!Verified reviewerJob location: OL107.75 Double glazed window units

Job location: BL8The work was eventually carried out. Unfortunately the units were delayed being made which I understand is not the fault of the fitter but communication could have been better.9.75 Demolishing large shed and building and installing new wooden gates to driveway.
