  We've had two jobs done by ACE now and they've been brilliant. They helped me work out what to do, which often isn't simple with damp. And they've been reliable and helpful throughout. We'll definitely use them again.

  I chose Ace because they were local to me. They arrived on time & explained exactly what needed doing & how they would do the work. I then got an appointment for work to begin, but my circumstances changed, & I needed the work done sooner, which Ace did without hesitation. Their staff were knowledgeable, professional & punctual. I promised to pass on their name to colleagues, friends & family in future.

  The team were reliable to book in with from initial appointment to discuss, through to the actual treatment. They were invested in finding a truly successful solution and provided useful follow up for any concerns that followed.   My whole experience with this company was outstanding from the first phone call to the end of their considerable input. The whole team went above and beyond what i could have possibly expected helping me with a very tricky and upsetting situation. Their communication, reliability with visits and going to extra trouble to find out additional information when I needed it was extremely impressive and much appreciated.   Front room rising damp

  Thorough and professional work carried out by ACE to address rising damp in our front room. Dulla and the team were knowledgeable and flexible. All our queries were answered and we were fully informed throughout the process. The work was carried out efficiently and on time. On completion our property was left clean and tidy. We were very satisfied with the price quoted. I would recommend ACE damp proofing and would not hesitate to use them again.
