    James did a great job for us. He provided good advice from our first meeting and was honest about what could and couldn't be achieved. We ended up having the work done whilst we were on holiday and he was very good at keeping us up to date and sending us photos so we were kept up to speed with his progress.

    James insulated and boarded a large loft space. A speedy response to my enquiry was quickly followed by a site visit to assess and quote for the job. Great communication throughout, tidy and friendly, and excellent work done at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

    James phoned back very quickly after enquiry to discuss job. He was helpful and gave advice with options for doing the work. We used whatsapp to communicate dates and share measurements, layout and video of both spaces so he could provide a quote which was excellent. He arrived on time, despite the distance, then did a long day in tricky loft space to get everything done as agreed. He ended up doing more and even offered to help move boxes up into the loft. Great job, great bloke and great price. If only all tradesmen were this good.

    James is an absolute gem, what a find! James went above and beyond, what a gentlemen. The work was for my elderly mum, who unfortunately thought she was doing a positive thing by having spray foam applied to her loft, which was government backed, only to find that when she came to sell the house no lender would lend on it due to this. I went on checkatrade and James contacted me, I have to say that James is very thoughtful, tidy, professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely recommend James and will use him again for any future jobs. Thank you James

We specialise in Home insulation. I personally have been a lagging engineer for over 9 years, working on huge plant rooms insulating boilers and pipe work. But now I've moved my expertise into your home. Offering wide range of ways to improve the heat efficiency of your home & keeping those bills down!


Our expertise and great workmanship include loft insulation, boarding, storage, loft hatch & ladder installation, soundproofing, internal & EWI, pipe and tank wrapping and we also offer a EPC Consultantation, where we identify what needs to be improved on and what can be spared when looking at your EPC certification.


we are avid users of ACTIS insulation. This material offers great heat prevention loss and ventilation at the same time! This makes it an amazing product to use in your roof rafter spacings, finished off with a foil backed blanket.
