    In short, the job got done. What I wasn’t overly impressed with was the fact the price I was quoted jumped up by an extra £100, because it was a ‘bigger job’ than first anticipated. I’d sent enough pictures which clearly showed what needed doing and a price was agreed on that. Also the garden was left in a mess, and the fences along the side of the house were damaged when they were moving the garden waste. This means I’ll need to fix and repaint them when the weather gets better.. overall, nice guys, poor service and I’m afraid I wouldn’t reuse or recommend.

    The team did a great job. Cleared the ivy completely and as a bonus trimmed several of bushes. Cleared up really well and took away all the debris. Really friendly and very focused.

    Gus quoted for Garden Clearance and we agreed using whatsapp only. On the day a guy turned up (later than stated) and started work. After a while he went to collect a collegue from another job. Then they did a bit more work. Then they said they needed to go to the tip to dump some green waste as they had run out of room. Only came back 3 hours later then left at 3.30pm stating would be back at 9 tomorrow. Next day arrived at 1:30pm without needed tools. Waited for Gus to come with tools. Then rushed job between them. Wanted to charge for 2 days work now. I had to agree to pay more. Unhappy
