    Phone contact was prompt and helpful; engineer came promptly, checked and ordered the part immediately, and also very helpfully told us it would not damage the machine to continue to use it meanwhile; and repair done (and perfectly tidied up) within a couple of days. Brilliant.

    My dishwasher showed error E15 which means drainage issues. I got an engineer to help fix it who said it’s broken and I should throw away (and charged me £69 for his expert opinion). When I told a friend, he said his dishwasher showed the same error and had an issue with the drainage tube. So I checked and found it twisted! I untwisted it and it now works! So I am obviously unimpressed to say the least, that a qualified engineer did not take 2 seconds to check the basic parts of the machine to identify this most common reason for drainage issues! And changed me £69 for it!

    The fan assisted oven element stopped working. The engineer recognized the issue and resolved it by replacing the element. Overall good experience, swift remediaion.
