    I contacted Lewis as I had a radiator leak on my lounge carpet, although the rest of the carpet needed cleaning too.Lewis was very honest that he wouldn't be able to get the radiator stain out of the carpet but it did improve a bit. However he did a very thorough job cleaning the rest of the carpet and removed all the stains. Lewis was very polite and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

    I called Aura for help with an insanitary mess on a pale bedroom carpet. Lewis couldn't answer instantly but responded to my missed call within minutes, assured me he could clean it, agreed to come next day and gave helpful advice what to do (and not do) to the stains in the meantime. He arrived promptly, set to work and in an amazingly short time the carpet was squeaky clean (looking better than it had for years) and already almost dry. I was thrilled. And the price was very reasonable. Couldn't ask for better. Aura will definitely be my first choice the next time I have a stained carpet!
