    Very easy to talk to. Arranged a good time. Arranged the scaffolding for us. And while they were up there they replaced a broken brick and cleaned the gutters!

    Our property is a 3 bedroom semi-detached built in 1938. There is two single storey extensions, one at the front and one at the back. There is also a loft conversion. Summer 2022 Callaghan and Co replaced the guttering. Reaired a section of ridge tiles on front porch and repointed the original walls. In November this year we had some rain leaking into the loft room. Mr S Callaghan quickly responded to our call. Arrange scaffolding to look at the roof. Replacing the roof felting was carried out as soon the weather allowed.

    Arrived time stated and set up promptly. Both gentlemen well presented and friendly. Moss cleared efficiently without recourse to pressure washer. Damaged tiles replaced, chimney repointed, new gutter replaced throughout . Property left clean. Most professional. Cost very acceptable. I will certainly use them again and unusually for me I would recommend this company to family and friends.
