  Tom really delivers. He doesn't muck around! I contacted him for a quote on the Sunday, by the Monday the scaffolding was already up! Everything was finished by the Friday! I am delighted with the result, it is a really professional job!?? Tom has completely renovated the exterior front and back, it looks a completely different house now! Tom was communicating via Whatsapp throughout the job sending frequent photos and videos which was very reassuring. He's a really nice guy! I highly recommend Tom and his team!?? You really get value for your money!

• Flat roof repair

  I needed someone to fix my flat roof ASAP and I called Tom, who was very friendly and came to assess the situation within the hour, he was very straight forward and gave me a couple of options, told me how long was going to take and how much, which was very reasonable, long story short, I discussed it with the missus that night and called him back, he answered straight away and completed the job in no time, what a wonderful service, quick and professional, just what you need.

  Had a leaking roof, contacted the team and booked an appointment to investigate the problem. The guys can through and proposed good solutions to the cause of the leaks. We came up with a realistic and long term solution. The guys did a good job and delivered on time estimated to complete the job. I will recommend

• Avoid - rip off and poor quality work

  Had a small repair to do. Tom and team did a poor job at an extortionate price (hundreds of pounds for cementing a couple of bricks back into place). When challenged why the work looked so poor, pressure tactics were used to demand payments on my doorstep. Avoid.
