Chris was very prompt, polite and was very open and honest about the whole job. He repaired the boiler fault but pointed out some installation issues with the boiler. He will be sending me some points to make a claim against the initial install. If I have any further issues in this area then I’m 100% certain I will be in touch with CH4.

We checked the internet for boiler installers, CH4 seemed to be highly recommended with 100% customer satisfaction, we were not disappointed. From the moment we contacted them the service was excellent, Adam gave us the advice we needed and an excellent price. The service was fast, efficient and very tidy. Very highly recommended.

Boiler replacement, change a rad, new pipework

Chris was straightforward to deal with, and a neat and courteous workman on site. He deals with everything himself including electrical work, all to a high standard. The new boiler is purring nicely and the room thermostat is working at last.
