    I was contacted by Matthew who completed the survey at a timely manner, I explained the survey was for a mortgage application. Matthew went out to the property, completed the survey and then asked for a payment prior to sending the report. As I paid £250 I expected the quality of the report to be very efficient, however the report was terrible. The report included a picture of the rooms and then a sentence saying there is damp here, there was spelling mistakes and there was also a mistake in the address. The quote provided was unrealistic for the damp problems described.

    Amazing work carried out by Kevin and his team. Out of all the quotes I had Kevin was the only person who was honest, helpful and didn’t just quote things for the sake of it. I could tell that Kevin genuinely cared about the work he was carrying out, as well as caring about myself and my wife and he would happily answer the many questions we had as well as show us the work he was carrying out. I’m really happy our rising damp issue is solved as it was causing us great problems, and I’m really pleased with the work carried out. I would 100% recommend this company!!!
