  • Clearing, cleaning entire property and fixing basement stairs

    Yet again Daniel and his team did an amazing job (it was the 4th property he did for us). All property was cleared and cleaned as they were asked to. They fixed the basement stairs and cleared the basement, too. They delivered the keys on time, as discussed. We are very happy with their work, good communication and endeavour to deliver the best results. Highly recommended!

    Daniel and his team have cleared and cleaned a few properties for us so far. They dealt with high volumes of waste, to include old furniture, carpets, and old home appliances. Some of the stuff was donated to charity. Dirty kitchens were cleaned very well and everything was left clean, indoors and outdoors. Commendable attitude and communication. We are very happy with all the work carried out. Everything was delivered on time, he works rapidly and does a very good job under time pressure. He does repairs as well and many other jobs. We highly recommend Daniel Keys' services.

    I manage an office building in London and had a major issue with our external refuse room. The double doors were coming away from the frame and was ready to collapse causing a serious potential hazard. After receiving a few quotes that were way overpriced I came across DK improvements online and so glad I did. Dan came down to assess the damage free of charge and knew exactly what was needed and at a very reasonable price. The work was completed in timely fashion (1 day) and the doors are not only secure now they actually lock too ?? proper gentleman

We do property maintenance for domestic and commercial premises from changing lightbulbs, painting and decorating, fixtures and fittings to total re-furb‘s, bathrooms and kitchen installations. As we proceed through work we make sure that we keep the client/tenant up-to-date as we go through completing jobs so they know what’s left and what’s been done and how things are being done

There is combined 38 years of building and property maintenance /Handyman. Many jobs have been undertaken and have built up a little clientele base portfolio but now bringing everything into the 21st-century we believe in quality over quantity and make sure that whoever we work for is happy and satisfied
