• Bathroom fitting

  We are delighted with the work carried out by Blerim who fitted a new bathroom. It was actually quite a complex job as it involved marble mosaic flooring and marble wall tiles which are difficult to cut and fit. The end result is excellent. Blerim is also very thoughtful and helpful and went out of his way to help and advise along the way. This is so important when embarking on a lengthy and expensive job. We are very happy to give a positive reference for his work.

  Site cleared and sub-base laid for stable foundation, reclaimed paving slabs used to match the garden path and sourced bricks for the edges. Blerim provides an excellent service from start to finish. Always polite and replies very quickly. Clearly explains all details of the job, so there are no hidden surprises and listens to clients concerns or ideas. Arrives on time and always happy to answer any questions the client has as the job proceeds. Finally, he removes all waste materials and leaves the site spotless. Fantastic service and thoroughly deserves 10 stars. I would highly recommend.

• Skylight and Rising Damp

  Skylight: A difficult job due to the age of the property, access, and walls with no straight angles. I now have a bright lit landing which is water tight and a skylight which can be opened when I wish. Blerim also went the extra mile and repaired some slipped tiles, sealed the valley-gully and repointed loose mortar around the chimney stack to prevent leaks. Rising damp in kitchen: EBF carefully removed crumbling external rendering and the internal plaster. Tackled the damp issue and reapplied the wall surfaces. The wall, is now dry and damp free. A great service – would definitely use again
