  Great service. Ryan messaged me and arranged a time to come and have a look at the job. He was polite and professional. When he arrived and had a look he concentrated in the job, gave an extremely reasonable quote and once I had agreed it carried out the repair straight away. Excellent job, will not hesitate to use this company again.

• Full Slate and Flat Roof renewal

  Ryan and John guided and advised us throughout this project resulting in the successful replacement of all the slate pitched, flat, dormer roofing as well as two chimney repairs on our property. In keeping with the conservation area in which the house is located, we opted for high quality Welsh slate which Ryan helped us source and secure timely delivery. The project came in both on time and on budget despite terrible weather. I can highly recommend Edinburgh City Roofing Contractors.

• Chimney repairs

  Chimney made safe with solid repairs to the chimney stack and surrounding area. Ryan arranged the scaffold to go up quickly after masonry came down during a storm. Excellent work, no stress and would highly recommend . I’ve used the company to replace an old slate roof and the job was excellent then too ??????????

• Leaking roof

  Called John, Sunday afternoon after realising the water coming into our hallway, he told me he’d be there Monday morning between 8-8.30 and him and his nephew Ryan were there just after 8. Looked inside our hallway, got up on roof and identified the problem straight away, with photographic evidence they showed me the problem and also what they had done to fix it. Very reasonable price and a good/quick response from the boys. Would use again and definitely recommend them. G

• Had velux window fitted in my sons room and outside down pipes replaced

  Had John from Edinburgh city roofing contractors do some work for us .We got a velux window fitted and some down pipes replaced. From start to finish the work and communication was absolutely spot on they were so friendly and very understanding about plans that had changed . I would definitely recommend these guys .
