When the job took place I was at Work and I left the money with my mum, he seemed to know what he was talking about and I was confident he knew what he was doing. However he fitted a £13 fan ( not an inline one) and put the outlet in my attic floor under the lagging transferring steam from my bathroom into my loft beams. When I questioned this he said that he's done that for years with no problems. He left a hole in my ceiling because he drilled under a beam and then realised he couldn't fit the fan there, no paperwork or further contact.
