    My 3rd time using Elmer building services, I had a new Toilet and sink vanity fitted to replace an old bathroom. Rich was in and out within the day, sorted collection and disposal of new and old gear and dealt with any and all issues from the suppliers. 10/10

    My south facing wall was in desperate need of repointing after being hammered by the rain over the years and it was causing damp to build in my bedroom. Rich and team repointed and sealed within a few days and my damp problems are no more. Very knowledgable and experienced, issue sorted first time!

    We employed Elmer Building Services to widen the narrow garage at the side of our property, rebuild the wall between garage and house and install a side gate in that wall. The work was done to a very high standard, looks very good and achieved the required result. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

    I spoke to Richard and he arranged to call round to quote for the work. He arrived promptly and later that day had provided a competitive quote which I accepted. The work was completed, waste removed and the area was left clean and tidy. There was a small part of the job that Richard was unable to do for me as it would have left a structurally unsound wall but he discussed options with me so I could decide what to do. I was very happy with Elmer Building Services and would definitely use them again, polite, helpful and reasonably priced.

    We have used Richard before to replace our kitchen and he always does a great job. In this case he supplied and fitted a new outside drain cover. It was the correct heavy duty spec and he fitted it securely for us at a time to suit. Richard always takes pride in his work - whatever he is doing and is highly recommended.
