Identified the problems quickly; repaired the the kitchen sink immediately and ordered a replacement toilet as the problem was worse than we thought. Ordered a replacement toilet and arranged a return visit for the next working day. Throughout Paul was punctual, friendly and informative. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  Fast, polite and no nonsense. The repair was quick and easy. He stayed and did all the safety checks. They was no bumping up the price for "certain people" by sayinh we need a new this or that, it was just an honest price. Would definitely recommend and use again for a boiler service.

• Boiler repair

  Heating broken was told heat exchanger blocked and full system flush req. Quoted £900 which I challenged but was reassured was correct, boiler fixed but now leaking water and told not to use/ dangerous after paying £900,still no heating,pressure vessel was leaking and new boiler req at £2000 Then just left with water leaking everywhere. Sought a second opinion, turns out was just a plastic housing with a pin hole £200 to fix! Feel ripped off with initial repair and company to lazy to repair boiler correctly just pushing for new boiler! £200 now fixed, but could have cost me £2900!!! Avoid
