  Stuart arrived to assess the issues reported on time. Had a look see and quoted along with date to complete works. Stuart again arrived as promised with the 'lads' and started work promptly. Unfortunately for me shortly after starting the ridge I was informed the roof was double felted and would need re-roofing because of other miscelleanous issues and to allow ventilation. Discussed this with Stuart who halted the work as was told that should I agree to a new roof, todays work would have to be redone, works completed today were costed and paid for. Stuart and the lads were all very polite and considerate.
