Boiler replacement
10Verified ReviewCame to service boiler and found it dangerous. Shown the problem and it was beyond repair. Went to great lengths to explain the options I had and on choosing to replace, again explained every type of boiler, cost, durability and warranties available. Fitted 3 days later. Excellent job and love the new Worcester!

0Verified ReviewPosted job advert, incl. Postcode for location of works. Graeme responded, we discussed the job via WhatsApp. I explained the kitchen hob gas supply disconnect was time critical (needed doing before 04/09 as electrician booked then to install electric hob). Graeme agreed to attend on 01/09. Fast forward a couple of weeks to day prior, I do courtesy check ensuring Graeme is still attending. Graeme ONLY THEN says my location is too far for him and he won’t be attending + that he forgot to tell me that, despite having the location all along. Dreadful service and left me in lurch.
