Very professional, quick to respond and knowledgeable with tricky old plumbing! He has also been able to come out quickly, which has been a life saver when dealing with plumbing emergencies! He also gave me some good advice on what I would need to do to avoid future problems and recommendations on where to buy supplies I might need.
