Clearing sink blockage

He was very polite, tidy and explained to me where all the pipes connect so I know for future. Quick to reply to messages and kept me informed when he was held up in traffic. He jetted the downpipe to try and clear it but when it was something bigger causing the problem, he didnt just leave it there. He carried on investigating, managed to find the issue and give a temporary fix. He advised of various options that would be needed to resolve the problem. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Luke again in the future. Great service. 😀

He did a camera survey to find where the pipes went underground, and quickly worked out that it wasn’t the problem. He is really knowledgeable about ways we can solve the problem with drainage, and is helping to work out the best option. It’s nice to find someone who looks for the right solution not just recommend something easy that won’t work in the long term. Very polite and approachable!
